Intellectual Property

All work created belongs to the company unless otherwise agreed. Students retain rights to showcase work in portfolios with company permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users can close accounts at any time with proper notice.

Limitation of Liability

Linkup is not liable for disputes between students and companies beyond our platform guarantees. We provide replacement support but cannot guarantee project outcomes.
